Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Two to Three days per week is recommended for students. Each class has a maximum number of students allowed for a better learning environment.
Ages 3 - 5
4:00pm - 5:00pm Tuesday. & Thursday
This age group works on basics and fundamentals of our martial arts system. It is designed to introduce the martial arts to younger children and to introduce the concept of good martial discipline.
Ages 6 - 11
Monday Thru Thursday 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Katas, sparring, basics, and forms. Though the younger children will also work with these fundamentals of the martial arts, this age group really starts to explore the fine details of our system and fine tune their basics
ages 11+
6 pm - 7pm
Self defense, Physical fitness, discipline, stress relieving, and confidence are all needed for success . A strong foundation in the martial arts reinforce these keys to success. Learning and understanding our affirmations, road map of life, and our Dojo Kun, is not only important for success in our system, but also for success to their future.
Saturday
Our focus will be on skills, and drills,
Little Dragons (ages 4-6)
10:00am - 11:00am
This class is designed for the little ones to enjoy working out with their peers. We want the younger children to stay safe so we limited the ages to 4-6 (Ask about the Parent Action Committee)
Ages 7+
11:00am - 1:00pm

Adult Classes
