Every Thursday, your child will work at the school from 2:00pm - 3:00pm They will learn the basic martial arts skills, healthy exercise, and the importance of teamwork with their peers. Every Tuesday, Classes Start at 2pm Right after the bell rings, and Ends at 3pm.
Students are either walked back to their Aftercare program or Walked outsite to the Parent pickup area, to wait with their instructors for Parent pickup.

We practice our sparring and our techniques in a safe environment. Resistance training is the best way to put your practice to the test. Even the most timid student eventually understands the idea and practice of martial arts sparring. They will learn to properly hit and (most important) not get hit in a combat situation.
